Yum! I’ve never had Sicilian pizza before. This was amazing! Soft and crunchy crust. Saucy! It’s just damn good!

Searching a bunch of pizza reviews, tryna find the best place, or wanna get something that's clutch, hit-the-spot, satisfying? The search is over. This is the brooklyn pizza you are looking for. You can order for pickup, or eat-in; get a slice, or order a whole pie. Once inside, you get an immediate classic (dated?) pizzeria vibe, and walking past the drink fridge, slice counter and ovens, they have a big dinning room to accommodate large groups in the back with TVs, along with a glass walled garden patio. After eating, my takeaway thoughts were: big slices, fresh ingredients, great crust, and bit greasy. I got a plain cheese pie, and one pepperoni with Mike's infamous hot honey cooked well done. Both were fantastic. Get the marinara on the side for dipping. You won't be disappointed.

A memorable walk along the red hood waterfronts dilapidated structures, a checkerboard of parks and off limits areas, piers, woods, trains nothing but rust, hoards of tricked out mopeds with UV strobe lights doing wheelies with this pizza as delinquent fuel 8.5/10 prosciutto margarita

Everything looks amazing! I know I could have ordered three or four slices, but I decided to go with one deep dish. Considering this was breakfast, and the atmosphere is awesome, I definitely want to come back here. The food is delicious, and this place is a great neighborhood gem!

Best Pizza and Fried Calzone EVER! I’ve been eating here since the mid ‘60’s, as a 5 year old little boy. A traditional spot for Good Friday meals. Since moving to Florida a few years ago I make it a point to stop by here whenever in NY. Paulie is only the second owner since John and Onofrio owned it, and aside from fixing up and expanding the dining area (added backyard seating as well), nothing has changed. Quality of food is just as good as it’s always been. I was able to get my Florida pizza guy to makes these as well! I’ll be coming in this week for Mothers Day, so Paulie, get ready to throw a Calzone in the (oil) pool for me!

The NY pizza was phenomenal. The vibe is great! The Zeppole and Arancini is off the charts good, and made to order. 26 for 3 people. Parking near the restaurant is tough, but possible if you’re really good.

We had the nicest evening in NYC right here. With dessert on the house, I don’t know your name young pal but you and the crew were great. Not only great pizza (try the Primadonna), but also some of the best meat balls ever. As they say themselves: “Brooklyn... how it used to be”. Loved it. We would be back if it weren’t for the fact that we came all the way from Holland to visit you :). Thank you!
